Don’t be intimidated by the fact that this is a buddhism centre if you are just wanting to learn to meditate. They have great courses that will explain to you step by step how to meditate. The centre in Malasaña is very open and welcoming with a modern, funky, light and airy design. They have a wonderful area at the front where you can have a tea, shop or pick up a book to read. It feels like being in your living room. You will want to hang there! At the back is the meditation space and their programming is truly wonderful. You can find meditation types and lenghts to suit all of your needs. They have chairs or cushions so you can choose what type of comfort you like whilst meditating. For those of you looking to deepen your spiritual journey they also host great courses, talks, seminars and professional trainings.

We love their 30 minute guided meditations!! Such a small part of our day to give up for such a large benefit for our overly stimulated mind! You will generate some internal feelings of peace just in these 30 minutes.
